I am a DEC-licensed New York State hiking and camping guide and a member of the New York State Outdoor Guides Association. I was a Boy Scout and have led scout and other groups on camping trips. I have a degree in Environmental Science, and I am an avid student of local history.

I have been hiking the trails and camping in the forests of the Catskill Preserve for years. I want to show you the history, environment and beauty of the Catskills. As a guide, a student of history and an outdoor educator, I want to give everyone the opportunity to hike, camp and enjoy the outdoors as much as I do.

The mission of Catskill Country Walks is to help people learn about the unique history, ecology and environment of the Catskill Mountains. Travel along marked trails or less-travelled paths and listen to the stories of the Catskills.
